Advantages Of Investing In An Integrated Township !!

Looking to invest in a township project? The advantages of an integrated township are that buyers can enjoy a complete package with common amenities such as shopping centres, schools, health care centers and clubs. “These townships are developed in a master planned arrangement which gives ample consideration to building layouts and green areas and traffic circulations,” says David Walker, Executive Director (ED), SARE Group. In the DMIC corridor itself, there are about 16-17 industrial self-sustained townships that are planned.
Addressing an investor on whether he should invest in a plot or flat/villas in a township in a real estate chat forum , Walker, replied: “This depends on your budget and your personal circumstances. So, if you need somewhere to live immediately you should buy a built unit. If you are buying for the future, then buying a plot now will get you on the property ladder earlier.”
An integrated township ideally has to be a 108 acre project size. Integrated township, as the name suggests, is a self-sustained township having a number of real estate developments, including residential, commercial/shopping complex, school, hospital or dispensary, recreation facilities and green space.
“You could call it a city within a city. It encompasses all the aspects of modern day living within the vicinity ,” says Ammul Goel of Pushpganga Ventures .
