Should you ‘buy’ a mattress or ‘invest’ in it ??

We spend 1/3 of our lives in bed or approximately 220,000 hours over the course of a lifetime. A good nights sleep is an essential part of a healthy lifestyle and in rejuvenating the body, mind and soul. With this in mind, it makes sense to invest in a mattress and pillow that can improve your comfort and overall health.
Mattresses are essential factor in achieving a good night’s sleep. We normally do not give much thought to our bed. As long it has soft and thick casing, it should work for us. However, if you are having sleepless nights, feeling irritable upon waking up and suffering back pains, may be it is time to replace your mattress. Lack of sleep can cause depression, increase in weight, insulin levels and problems with learning and memory. A lot of road accidents are linked to drowsiness.

Our body repairs and heals while we are sleeping. It is our foremost break after a long tiring day. It is the least that we can do to keep our body functioning for everyday work. Do not let yourself be deprived of this peaceful activity by treating yourself with a comfortable mattress.
